Griping, trolling or otherwise unconstructive complaining will be removed.
Tips on giving useful feedback:
- What are you trying to accomplish?
- Why is it difficult to do what you want to do?
- What have you tried instead?
- If you could do what you’re trying to do, how would your life as a user improve?
If you have a bug:
- You’re welcome to share it here, but in all likelihood you’ll get more help via formal Palantir support channels.
- Share what you expected to happen, what you observed instead, and detailed steps that allow someone else to reproduce the bug.
